1. 运输署为提供高质素,高效,有貌及符合经济效的服务,在1993 9月构思成顾客络小组收集顾客对牌照服务的意和建议.Committed to providingahigh quality, efficient, courteous and cost-effective service to the public, theTransport Department (TD) conceived the setting up of Customer Liaison Group (CLG) for in September 1993.职权范围Terms of Reference
2. 成小组的目的是在牌照事务组及驾驶事务组和顾客之间提供一条双向的沟通渠道,为进一步改善牌照及驾驶考试服务徵询顾客的建议和意.小组讨政策或财政事宜.
The CLG was set up with the objective of of two-way communication between theLicensing Section and Driving Services Section and their customers; receiving comments andsuggestions from their customers withaview to further improving the delivery of licensing and drivingtest services. The Group does not, however, involve itself with policy or fiscal issues.
结构Composition
3. 小组由1位主席- 助署长政及牌照和多位成员组成.所有顾客均可申请获委任为成员.
The Customer Liaison Group who is the Assistant Licensing and members. Members are appointed by open invitation to all customers.
4. 所有成员均以个人身分加小组活动,而此举与其个人业务应有冲突. 在公开场合或小组会议上,成员发表的意,纯属个人意,小组和运输署概负责.
All customers participate in the activities of the Group in their own personal and individual capacity.
They should not have any conflict of interest with their businesses. Their views expressed eitherpublicly or in the meeting shall represent their own personal opinion only. The Group and TD shallnot be responsible for the views so expressed.
5. 运输署职员可出任小组成员,但主席可时指派运输署任何职员席小组会议.
Employees of TD shall not be members of the Group. However, the chairman may co-opt any staff ofTD to attend the meetings from time to time.
任期Terms of Service
6. 委任期通常为一、需每续委.如续次缺席小组会议,成员资格即会撤销.
The terms of appointment is normally for one year, and renewed annually. Membership shall has absent himself from two consecutive Group meetings.
会议Meetings
7. 每季开会一次,通常逢三月, 月,九月,十二月的某一非假日黄昏举.会议属非正式性质,除非另有协议,否则会让公众或传媒席.通常在运输署办事处开会.
Meeting are held at quarterly intervals, normally onanon-holiday evening in March, June, Septemberand December. Meetings are informal. Unless otherwise agreed, they are not open for public andmedia attendance. Meetings will normally be held in the office of TD.
财政资助Finance
8. 由政府拨款资助举会议和活动. The meetings and activities are financed by Government funds.
报酬Remuneration
9. 成员加小组活动, 会得到任何形式报酬. No remuneration of any form will be made to members for their attendance in the CLG activities.

1. 运输署会使用透过本表格所获得的个人资作下用途:
The personal data provided by means of this form will be used by Transport Department for the following
purposes:
(a) 办有关审批你在本表格中所提出的申请;及activities relating to the processing of your application in this form; and(b) 方运输署与你络facilitating communication between Transport Department and yourself.
2. 你必须提供本表格所要求的个人资.假如你未能提供所需资,你的申请可能获接纳.
It is obligatory for you to supply the personal data as required by this form. If you fail to supply therequired data, your application may be refused.
阅个人资Access to Personal Data
3. 根据个人资(私隐)条第18及22条及附表第1至6条,你有权阅及修正你的个人资.
你的阅权包括获取本表格所提供的个人资副本一份.You havearight of access and correction with respect to personal data as provided for in sections 18 and
22 and principle6of Schedule1of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Your right of access includes the right to obtainacopy of your personal data provided by this form.
